  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped (whichever is earlier).
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoices are intact
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance (if mentioned)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Refund Mode

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment source
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).
