  • An uninterrupted box opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This video is mandatory for any exchange request.
  • Exchange requests without a valid box opening video will not be accepted.
  • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect products are eligible for exchange.
  • Size-related issues are eligible only for exchange, subject to stock availability.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within the specified time mentioned in our Return & Exchange Policy.
