We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order. All orders are processed within 2–14 business days. As many of our products are handcrafted, some items may require additional preparation time. In case of any delay, you will be informed promptly.

Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may require slightly more time. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical issues.
